- Pursuit of quality first: The Yoshinoya Holdings Group prioritizes the improvement of the quality of products and services we provide in all regions, and earning the trust of our customers around the world.
- Comprehensive customer-oriented stance: We strive to continuously elevate quality and food safety to satisfy customer needs and expectations, and we treat customer feedback as a serious matter and be sure to reflect it in improvements.
- Comprehensive dissemination of policy: We communicate our quality and food safety policies comprehensively to employees in all regions, and promote awareness and understanding.
- Implementation of education and training: We will endeavor to provide all employees with regular education and training to heighten quality and food safety awareness, and to foster a culture in which these practices can be implemented.
- Compliance with laws and management of risk: We comply with quality- and food safety-related laws and regulations, and manage every process from the procurement of raw materials to manufacturing, distribution, and stores, thereby mitigating risk to quality and food safety.
- Ensuring traceability: We will establish traceability of products and formulate a system that facilitates a quick, appropriate response when issues arise.
- Maintenance of transparency: We will maintain transparency through appropriate disclosure of information related to our initiatives and to quality.

Support for Initiatives, Collaboration with External Organizations
ISO 22000 Certification Received
In October 2016, the Product Department of the Group Product Division, Tokyo Factory, and Kyoto Factory of Yoshinoya Holdings became ISO 22000 certified.
ISO 22000 is an international standard for food safety management systems to ensure provision of safe food products to consumers based on the food sanitation control system of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). Making a Group-wide effort to ensure safe and secure products backed by international standards, we are resolved to deliver products that meet customers' expectations.
